Three teens have been arrested after taking a boat joyriding on the Irish sea.
The powerful yacht was stolen in the early hours of yesterday morning.
This 40 foot motor boat was taken from Dun Laoghaire Harbour shortly after 5:30am on Sunday.
Two boys and a girl aged between 17 and 18 made their way down the east coast.
The garda helicopter was deployed when the boat was discovered missing and the trio were spotted at around 11am in Greystones harbour.
In a bid to make their escape, they rammed the marina and took off at high speed.
The boat ran agound at Ballygannon and there people were arrested a short time later.
They were taken to Bray garda station for questioning.
