A man is due in court in connection with the murder of a Dublin man, who's body was discovered in a shallow grave in Co. Kildare.
24 year old Philip Finnegan's remains were discovered in Rahin Wood near Carbury in September 2016.
He been reported missing from his home at Mary Aikenhead House on James' Street the previos month.
A man in his 30s is due before Naas district court around now.
