A new survey shows differences in the the views of men and women when it comes to gender and pay equality in the workplace.
The results have been released today to coincide with International Women's Day.
54 percent of women questioned didn't think the same career opportunities are available to both genders.
This compares to 22 percent of men.
The study also found that workers thought that flexible working hours would have more impact, rather than the introduction of gender quotas.
