Dr. Dre was joined by an all-star cast of hip-hop heavyweights for the 2022 Super Bowl half-time show.

Dre's proteges Snoop Dogg and Eminem teamed up with acclaimed rapper Kendrick Lamar and R&B superstar Mary J Blige at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.

The setlist featured tracks from all artists, including Next Episode, California Love and Still Dre.

50 Cent also made a surprise appearance, rapping his hit In Da Club while hanging upside down from part of the set - a callback to the music video for the song released in 2003.

During Eminem's set, the rapper took the knee in an apparent tribute to former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick's protests against police brutality - the NFL later denied trying to stop him from doing so.

The Los Angeles Rams took on the Cincinnati Bengals for what was the 56th running of the NFL's showpiece event.

The Rams claimed a late touchdown to win the contest 23-20.
