Ireland's biggest gay neighbourhood is in Dublin.
Stoneybatter has been identified by Daft.ie as having the largest proportion of same-sex cohabiting couples in the country.
Using CSO data the property web site has found that's followed by Grand Canal Dock and Christchurch.
Rents and house prices are surging faster there than anywhere else. Rents in Stoneybatter are now €150 per month (7%) higher than in neighbouring areas.
