Fans of spaghetti hoops are being told they can be included in your five-a-day.
A small can is made up of 41% of tomatoes, so count as one portion.
A dietitian has admitted they're not the healthiest option, and that fresh tomatoes would be better.

However, the dietician is encouraging people to make their meals "as colourful as possible" including "one or two fruits or vegetables" in every breakfast, lunch or dinner.
