Football pundit John Giles and charity worker Brother Kevin Crowley of the Capuchin Day Centre are set to receive the Freedom of the City.

The two men will be put forward for the award by Lord Mayor Christy Burke at tonights Dublin City Council meeting.

Brother Crowley has been helping homeless people in Dublin for over forty years and John Giles is one of the county's best known soccer analysts.
