Well, one new Dublin venue is asking jobseekers to apply in this rather unusual way.
Sober Lane, in Irishtown will open its doors in July, and wants people to apply for bar, restaurant and kitchen jobs by sending creative 'snapchats'.
The Dublin 4 bar is looking for creative applicants with big personalities.
