A module to tackle sexting needs to be introduced into Irish Secondary schools.
The Dublin Rape Crisis Centre says vulnerable young girls are being pressurised into sharing explicit images which can them be used in an exploitative way.
The Centre says sexting has gotten out of control with many teenage girls being bullied as a result.
Intimate pictures can be sent via Whatsapp, Viber or Snapchat and Ian Power from Spunout.ie has this advice for teenagers:
