A report into the alleged ticketing scandal at the Rio Olympics which led to the arrest of OCI President Pat Hickey will be published later today.

The review by Judge Carroll Moran will examine allegations of ticket touting against THG and the company's owner Marcus Evans, whose relationship with Mr Hickey has come under close scrutiny.

Kevin Doyle, Group Political Editor with Independent News and Media, says the report doesn't explicitly point to criminal activity.

"I think there isn't a huge amount in there that's going to worry Pat Hickey in terms of those criminal charges - because the judge at no point suggests criminality, at no point suggests that there's a money trail to ticket touting, as has been alleged by the Brazilians.

"While there's huge criticisms of Pat Hickey - there's a lot of talk of bad governance in the OCI - it doesn't actually suggest or directly point to any criminal activity".
