Rents are still climbing in Dublin, but the market isn't as hot as a year ago.
A new Daft.ie survey shows the pace at which rents are rising has fallen by 6 percent since last April.
Despite that leasing a home in 2015 is more expensive, with the average now coming in at 1-thousand-350 euro.
