It's seen record increases in passengers, with 29.6 million people passing through in 2018.
The Commission for Aviation Regulation's Annual Report shows the airport performed well against its quality service steps.
However, there was one incident where the queue for security screening topped 30 minutes and Dublin Airport received a 140 thousand euro penalty for this.
