Recommendations aimed at avoiding a strike by council workers in South Dublin are due to be published this morning by the Labour Relations Commission.
Hundreds of workers with the trade union IMPACT have threatened a one day action tomorrow, unless a deal is reached.
The dispute over pay resulted in a one day strike on June 24th.
