Protesters have taken to the streets in Cleveland, after a white police officer was cleared of the unlawful killing of two black people in November 2012.
Officers fired 137 shots in total at Malissa Williams and Timothy Russel.
Officer Michael Brelo stood on the bonnet of car they were in and fired shots through the windscreen.
Judge John O'Donnell said it couldn't be determined the defendant alone was responsible:
