A Portmarnock man accused of harassing Sharon Ni Bheolain will enter a plea early next year.
The 40 year old is charged with harassing the RTE news reader at various locations over four months.
Conor O’Hora from Heather Walk in Portmarnock is charged with harassing RTE newsreader Sharon Ni Bheolain at various locations within the State on dates from October 2013 to February 2014.
He’s also facing two other charges of possessing child pornography in text communications and images over the same time.
Earlier this month, Mr O’Hora appeared before the district court in Dublin where he was served with the book of evidence and his case was sent to the higher Circuit Criminal Court.
The case was mentioned this morning where Judge Martin Nolan –was told an arraignment date is being sought.
The case is due back before the courts on February the 20th where Mr O’Hora will enter his plea on the three charges.
Sharon Ni Bheolain was not in court for the proceedings.
