Another opinion poll is showing a significant recovery in support for the coalition.

The RED C poll for tomorrow's Sunday Business Post also shows almost half of voters fear a change of Government might stall the economic recovery.

Fine Gael go up 3 points to 27% - the highest level of support for the party in a year.

Labour also go up 3 to 10% - again it's been a year since the party had double digit support.

Fianna Fáil support remains unchanged at 18%, while Sinn Féin support falls by four points to 17% in the wake of further sex abuse allegations and kangaroo courts.

Independents and Others on 28% are down 2 points - that figure also includes support for Renua Ireland on 2%.

This poll shows confidence in the government parties to manage the public finances - almost half of all voters say they are worried that a change in government might stall the economic recovery.

However, two-thirds of voters say they haven’t personally felt the benefit of the economic recovery, while 62 per cent say that with the recession over, Ireland needs a new government to deliver a fairer society.
