Patrick Hutch Junior has been sent forward for trial over the murder of David Byrne at the Regency Hotel.
The 24 year old from Champions Avenue made his ninth court appearance at Cloverhill District Court earlier.
The court heard Mr Hutch is to face trial at the non-jury Special Criminal Court.
He is also charged with the possession of three 7.62 X 39mm calibre assault rifles, also known as AK-47s, in such circumstances to give rise to a reasonable inference that he hadn’t them in his possession for a lawful purpose.
He is also charged with having the rifles on the 5th February at the Regency Hotel with the intent to endanger life.
Dad of two David Byrne from Crumlin was shot dead at Regency during a boxing weigh in event in February when a group of armed men stormed the building.
