A new outreach service is being launched to help women involved in prostitution.
A specially designed van is offers support and advice for woman in Dublin's red light districts.
The purpose of the van, bought by Ruhama, is to initiate contact with street prostitutes.
The back of the vehicle is specially adapted to sit inside, avail of a hot drink and talk to support workers.
It's on the streets 4 nights a week.
Ruhama says they engage with 70 to 80 women a year who experience addiction, debt, homelessness, poor health, and violence.
For others, the van is simply a safe place to get away from the streets temporarily and meet a friendly face.
