The Majorcan town of Magaluf has brought in a new law aimed at curbing pub crawls and excessive drinking ahead of an expected influx of Leaving Cert students.
The Spanish resort has received bad publicity in recent weeks.
In an effort to rebuild its Irish reputation the new measures have been brought in throughout the Majorcan region of Calvià, which also includes Santa Ponsa.
According to the Statistical Institute of the Balearic Islands, nearly 105,000 Irish visited the town last year.
