The docklands could be in line for a major new development which could change Dublin's skyline.
The project between NAMA and property company Kennedy Wilson would see the city's tallest building being constructed.
It's understood the proposal known as Capital Dock would also feature a new footbridge over the Liffey and 200 apartments.
Plans include almost 30 thousand square metres of office space at the site on Sir John Rogersons Quay.
Capital Dock would extend to over 4.8 acres and planning permission is expected later this year.
