Dublin City Council shouldn't have to pay NAMA for a Dublin hotel they’ll use as an assessment centre for families who are homeless.
It’s been reported that an agreement’s been reached between the two over the city property which will house 70 families.
The the deal is expected to stop the use of various emergency facilities across the city by transferring families to a central location.
But Councillor Michael O' Brien from the Anti-Austerity Alliance says it's not a solution to the problem.
