The 5-year-old boy with a brain tumor who was taken out of hospital in the UK by his parents - was found in Malaga, Spain last night.
Ashya King is now back in hospital and both his parents have been arrested and held on suspicion of neglect.
In a video posted online, Ashya's father Brett said the family travelled to Spain as they wanted to sell his property and use the money to get their son what they described as better treatment in the Czech Republic.
