Men Still Solicited Fictitious Sex Worker Despite Her Tragic Story

A new campaign aims to highlight the motivations of sex buyers in Ireland.

Ruhama erected posters with the silhouhette of a woman dubbed Andreea and a mobile phone number.

The fictitious sex worker's voicemail outlines how she was trafficked here and asks for people to leave her a message with their thoughts.

In 20 days there were over 1000 calls, texts and 37 voicemails, 82% of which simply enquired about her services:
