Motorists in the city are being advised the Port Tunnel southbound has been closed.
It's because East Wall Road has been blocked off to remove a truck that overturned this morning.
There were no injuries during the incident, however it will take some time to remove the vehicle.
Existing Congestion
There are ongoing works taking place on Promenade Road in the Port.
Lauren Behan from AA Roadwatch says this morning's incident has added to the existing delays.
She said "At the moment the queue has backed up to the M1, so you can expect delays on that route for the next while."
