A man has been arrested in connection with the investigation into the death of Ana Hick.
Its also emerged that six other people were hospitalised on the night the teen collapsed outside a city centre nightclub.
In an undercover operation on the night that Ana Hick was rushed to the Mater, gardai from Store Street arrested a man in his 20s in the Twisted Pepper on suspicion of selling illegal drugs.
A later search at a house in Marino found a large quantity of cash, Ecstasy tables and mixing agents.
The operation took place less than 24 hours after Ana collapsed after taking what's believed was a form of Ecstasy.
Meanwhile six other clubbers presented at A and E at the Mater in the early hours of Saturday morning after falling ill.
The patients have since fully recovered.
