A man accused of murdering his landlord in Castleknock is due to find out how the state prosecutor wishes to deal with his case in a month's time.
Saverio Bellante is charged with the murder of researcher Tom O'Gorman whose body was found at his home at Beech Park Avenue in January.
The Italian native appeared in court today and was told that the DPP's directions will be ready on July 3rd.
