A new report out today shows house prices stabilising in Dublin as housing supply increases 40 per cent, year on year.
DAFT.ie says prices rose by just 0.2% between June and September, the smallest three-month gain for the Capital since late 2016.
The rest of Leinster has also seen housing stock increase, but the rest of the country has continued to see availability shrink.
A slowdown in price increases was recorded in Galway, Limerick, Waterford and Cork.
