Two weeks from today, the country will go to the polls to vote in 2018 Presidential Election, and it looks as if a familiar face will be staying in Áras an Uachtaráin for a little while longer.
The Paddy Power/Red C survey of a thousand people has found that 7 in 10 people are backing Michael D Higgins for re-election as President.
The 77 year old remains very popular amongst younger generations, earning the first preference vote of 83% of 18-34 year olds.
Of the other candidates in the Race for the Áras, Seán Gallagher holds second place with 14%.
The remaining candidates - Gavin Duffy, Joan Freeman, Liadh Ní Riada and Peter Casey - are yet make their mark on voters, with all securing less than 10% of the first preference vote.
Here are the candidates that you will see on your ballot paper on October 26th:
MICHAEL D HIGGINS
SEÁN GALLAGHER
GAVIN DUFFY
JOAN FREEMAN
