As Fine Gael continues its national conference this weekend the latest poll shows them unchanged on 24%.
The RED C survey for tomorrow's Sunday Business Post shows gains for Sinn Féin and Independents.
Coalition partners Labour see support drop two points to 7 percent.
Those support levels would not see the Government re-elected, despite both parties focussing on the economy to try and persuade voters.
Fianna Fáil drops a point to 18, Sinn féin go up 1 to 21 while Independents and others are up 2 to 30%.
The poll shows more than a quarter who voted Fine Gael in 2011 and almost a fifth of those who voted Labour, now support Independents, while almost a fifth of those who voted Fine Gael have now switched to Sinn Féin.
