JD Sports on Henry Street is taking over the shop space left vacant by Forever 21 in the Jervis Centre.
The sports and athleisure retailer will operate in a new 35 thousand square foot 'Super flagship store'.
JD Sports has agreed an annual rent with Savills of €2.15 million a year and the massive new outlet is set to open between October and December this year.
