Dublin's industrial rents are on the rise for the first time in years.
CBRE released the findings which focused on the second quarter of this year and showed that rents increased to 62 euro per square metre for the first time in six years.
Over 61 thousand square metres of industrial accommodation was leased or sold at a level which was over 2.5 times greater than that signed in the three months previous.
