Warmer weather is forecast over the May Bank Holiday. According to Met Eireann, temperatures could reach the high teens to low twenties in parts of the country over the coming days.

Mild, cloudy and mainly dry. There'll be sunny breaks in Leinster and Munster with highs of 14 to 17 degrees. There could be some patchy rain in Connacht and Ulster.
Saturday
Saturday will be a brighter day with sunny spells and highs of 13-16 degrees. There will be some cloudier periods with a little drizzle.
Sunday
Dry with good sunny spells. Highest temperatures of 14-19 degrees. It'll be warmest in the midlands and Connacht.
Monday & Tuesday
Met Eireann says current indications suggest that the start of next week will be dry and warm with sunny spells.
On Monday temperatures will range between 13-19 degrees. While on Tuesday temperatures could reach 20 or 21 degrees in the west. It's expected to be a bit cooler in the east.
