100 new jobs are being created by a catering company which is opening two new restaurants.
Gourmet Food Parlour has announced plans to open outlets in Skerries, and Salthill in Galway.
The group, which already employs more than 240 people, will be looking to fill positions including head chefs, front of house staff and event specialists over the coming months.
It will also be hiring sous chefs, chef de parties, barista’s, bar staff and catering kitchen staff.
Gourmet Food Parlour Managing Director Lorraine Heskin said the company is "very proud & grateful to be expanding the business and creating new jobs".
Gourmet Food Parlour first opened in 2006 in Swords, and is the official nutritional partners with the Dublin GAA County Board.
Each season, the company caters for each player’s individual dietary needs, enabling them to perform at their optimum level.
