Gardai in Dublin are investigating two separate assaults which happened yesterday.
A man in his 30s suffered stab wounds at Fortlawn Park in Coolmine at about 5 o'clock.
He was taken to hospital following treatment at the scene.
In Parlickstown, Mulhuddart, at about half past four, a man in his 40s also had to be taken to hospital.
Gardai say investigations into both incidents are ongoing.
