You could soon be able to do free drug testing in nightclubs and at festivals.
A new plan being submitted to government will see users being able to check the 'purity' of drugs bought from dealers.
A committee that was established to develop a new national drugs strategy will submit its final report to Government within the next three weeks.
The aim of the plan is to reduce the risk of accidental deaths by ensuring drugs such as cocaine and MDMA don't contain other potentially lethal ingredients.
This testing would done by putting samples into a container which is then taken to off-site mobile lab.

Similar drug testing services already exist in Spain, Portugal, Belguim and the Netherlands.
