Former Point Depot Will Be Known As 3Arena For Another Decade

3 Ireland is renewing its contract to keep its name on the Three Arena.

Ireland's second largest mobile company says it will continue its sponsorship for another 10 years.

It inherited the naming rights when it took over O2, which paid €25m in 2008, for the entertainment venue at North Wall.

Elaine Carey is Three's Chief Commercial Officer:

"The naming rights contract and total investment for the next ten years is 55 million. That's broken down into the rights package itself ie having the brand over the door; a really exciting project bringing the first smart music venue to Ireland."
