Five PSNI officers have been injured during disorder overnight in the North.

In Newtownabbey, petrol bombs were thrown at police lines around nine o'clock injuring one officer in the leg.

Four police officers were also injured an hour later in Carrickfergus when a crowd pelted them with bricks and more petrol bombs.

The PSNI says the violence is "orchestrated".
