Disruption to rail services on the Southside of Dublin will continue across the weekend.

The DART line has been totally down between Bray and Greystones because of fire damage, and it's on a go-slow as far as Dalkey.

Irish Rail has now confirmed Dalkey to Greystones services will be suspended on Saturday and Sunday to allow for repair and testing works.

All rail services will be suspended between Dalkey and Greystones on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th May. This will result in:

  • Bus transfers between Dublin Connolly and Greystones for all Dublin/Rosslare line services
  • No DARTs operating between Dalkey and Greystones.  Dublin Bus will accept rail tickets for DART customers to/from areas south of Dalkey.  Customers should use Dublin Bus services from city centre/Blackrock/Dun Laoghaire.

Dublin Bus will continue to accept rail tickets at all times for journeys to/from areas south of Dalkey.
