Dublin Fire Brigade is warning people about a scam doing the rounds in city centre pubs.

A man claiming to be a firefighter is asking for donations for a charity boxing match for Pieta House.

Dublin Fire Brigade says the man is not a member of its team, and it never collects money in pubs.
