Stationless bikes have launched in Fingal on a trial basis.
Bleeper Bikes allows people to rent bikes using an app and GPS.
Cyclists can drop them off anywhere as long as they're locked to a stand.
The system will be trialled with 50 bikes in Blanchardstown and if it's successful it will be rolled out across north Co. Dublin.
Two stationless schemes are already in use under Dublin City Council, as well as the Just Eat Dublin Bikes.
