A 31 year old man has been jailed for 2 years and 9 months after pleading guilty to helping a criminal organisation.
Martin Alymer of Casino Park, Marino in Dublin was caught on CCTV buying phones linked to the murder of Michael Barr.
The 35 year old was shot dead at the Sunset House pub as part of the ongoing gangland feud in Dublin in April 2016.
Speaking outside court, Superintendent Sean Ward said the sentence is significant.
"We are very happy to see that persons that do engage in this type of activity will be investigated and will be stopped", he said.
He described it as "important" in helping bring Dublin's ongoing gangland feud to an end.
