Halloween night is one the busiest of the year for Dublin's emergency services.
Before 10am Dublin Fire Brigade have already dealt with their first bonfire.
‘D’ Watch are on duty and will be looking after the city & county until 1800. Tallaght Firefighters have attended their first #bonfire of #Halloween. Please steer clear of these so-called bonfires, you have no idea what is hidden beneath the rubbish. pic.twitter.com/Alp3xy2eg3

Dublin Fire Brigade have taken to social media to give some tips so all can have an enjoyable night.
Fireworks are a serious safety concern around this time of year and the emergency service shared a recent incident they were called to involving a firework that blew up in a letter box, showing the damage it caused.
Recently firefighters were called to the aftermath of a firework in a letterbox, the door caught fire & smoke damage was caused. We want everyone to enjoy #Halloween but please think of others too #Dublin #fire pic.twitter.com/DnGdB6ijWv

They also offered tips for those who might find themselves in the dangerous situation of their costume catching fire.
STOP, DROP & ROLL. If you find yourself in a position where your costume, or clothes, catch fire do the #Neymar. Running will only fan the flames and help the fire spread. STOPPING, DROPPING & ROLLING will smother the flames. pic.twitter.com/SjgdPOT3Pe

It was also noted that while they are here to keep everyone safe, they won't be ruining anyone's fun either.
Which came first, the chicken or the egg? Well the chickens threw the eggs hitting one of our ambulances. We're not there to ruin anyone's fun over #Halloween. Fire crews will extinguish fires only when needed, and our ambulance crews will still help people in need. pic.twitter.com/Vs0KbEhhza
