There's doubts about whether the Government will be able to deliver on its housing strategy.

The Sunday Independent says an email from a Department of the Environment official confirms that 30,000 units can be built on available land.

The Environment Minister Alan Kelly is under pressure to explain exactly what land is available - and for how many houses.
