120 jobs are to be created by Dealz's sister franchise Pep&Co.
They'll open as a concession outlets in its already-established stores in Blanchardstown, Finglas, Naas, Newbridge, Gorey, Athy, Ballina and Castlebar.
The company wants to compete with Penneys for cheaply-priced clothes.
MD Barry Williams says they "trade very successfully in over 130 locations in the UK against many of these competitors and we don't see that changing in the republic."
