Ryanair bosses and reps for Dublin-based pilots have reached agreement in a row that's seen five days of strikes.
The deal was struck after a marathon 22-hour negotiating session which began yesterday morning.
The proposed agreement will now be put to trade union members for a ballot.
Fórsa is to recommend it be accepted.
The union says mediators have asked them not to make any public comment while that ballot is conducted.
Reps haven't confirmed whether they've suspended strike action, but it's expected passengers waiting to travel will be able to breathe a sigh of relief now.
