A deal's been done on pay for public sector workers.
The Government's reversing some of the cuts that were brought in during the height of the recession.
They'll get around two thousand Euro back over three phases starting in January of next year and ending in September 2017.
There's also been an agreement in terms of protecting jobs and dispute resolution.
IMPACT says the agreement achieves the essential objective of fairness - while at the same time offering greater benefit to lower paid public servants by using a flat rate pay adjustment.
