A state of emergency has been declared across the Vanuatu Islands in the South Pacific, after a devastating cyclone.
Rescue teams are starting to arrive, but many of the smaller islands are cut off. Cyclone Pam tore through the area, destroying hundreds of buildings and causing thousands of people to flee.
