A court has been hearing about a Valentine’s card sent from an alleged murder victim to the woman accused of his killing.
29 year old Marta Herda from Pairc Na Saile in Arklow denies murdering Hungarian national Csaba Orsas by driving them both into the sea intentionally.
In voluntary interviews with gardai, Marta Herda said she believed the alleged murder victim Csaba Orais was in love with her –she said it was 24 hours a day and he would constantly ring her.
On the morning of the crash – she said he got into her car and he was screaming at her and she had enough and she wanted it to stop.
The court has also been hearing about a Valentine’s Card Csaba sent Marta in 2012. It said "Dear Marta I would just like to tell you how much I love you. Seriously I feel that I find you finally. The girl who I was looking for all my life."
It went on to read "I wish to share my life only with you. I’m ready to do anything for you. I can change all my bad habits for the way you wish. Thinking of you in every second."
It also said that he would be the best husband and she would never regret it.
