Councillors in Ballymun have given the thumbs up for a new shopping centre in the area.
The development on land off Main street is smaller than the centre promised during regeneration but will be made up of retail units and some offices.
The decision will now go to next month’s full meeting of the City council where it’s expected councillors will sign off on the proposal to sell the land for 1.8 million Euro.
