The actress that plays Fiz Brown in the soap announced the news on Twitter last night.

McApline and her husband Chris Farr opted for the name Hilda, in memory of the iconic Corrie character Hilda Ogden, who was played by the late Jean Alexander.
She had previously hinted that her daughter would be named after a character from the soap, just like her son Albert.
